Defined the user experience, information architecture and interaction flow for clear alerts, scans and privacy controls.
Selected Project · 2014–2017
I helped found D-Vasive and turn a privacy idea into Android and Windows products, shaping the applications, building the brand and website, and forming the partnership with John McAfee.
The Product
D-Vasive was created to help users understand when device capabilities could expose their privacy. I expanded the original camera and microphone alert concept to cover Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, with controls to lock each capability individually or secure them together.
Defined the user experience, information architecture and interaction flow for clear alerts, scans and privacy controls.
Created the logo, visual brand and original WordPress website, then maintained its content and social integrations.
Produced tutorial and promotional videos, conducted live radio interviews and built awareness with a zero-dollar marketing budget.
Negotiated and secured John McAfee as a 30% shareholder and the public face of the company. Product development remained with the D-Vasive team.

People & Media
The project brought product development, public advocacy and media outreach together. The original portfolio image and video are preserved below.
